Please, note that Genova will be the European capital of Culture for the year 2004 and the programme organized for this reason is very dense of events. Therefore, we strongly reccommend to proceed with booking as soon as possible.

A limited number of rooms are available at the following special price conditions. The rates are in Euro per room per day, and include breakfast (except for Colombo, Acquaverde and Mini Hotel).

FOR BOOKING AFTER MAY 15 2004 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE THE ROOM AND PRICES WILL SHOW A MARK UP OF 10,00 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT.

Room availability may be checked online on the PROMO-EST online reservation system. Booking may be done either online or by fax using this hotel reservation form to be sent by fax at the PROMO-EST.
Now it is possible to book the POST CONFERENCE EXCURSION!!

For students, and up to availability, there is the possibility to book rooms at the Hostel of Genova. Here the rate is 14,50 Euros per night (breakfast included) but rooms are shared and it is slightly farther away from the convention site. The convention, however, is directly connected to the hostel through the bus line number 40.
